Tailored Care Plans
The staff at The Care Boutique understands that each young person we work with is an individual and will have different requirements for their care needs. To ensure young person receives the best possible support and care a highly detailed care planning system is operated based on a thorough pre placement assessment.
As much information as possible about the young person is gathered to ensure we understand why the placement is being proposed, what the care needs are likely to be, and the likely areas of challenge and work for staff. In this way, we can develop with the young person, agreed targets and be more specific about the outcomes we want to see for them.
